WHY MUST I TRUST YOU ?!!
Many people detest people that is insecure .However ,have you ever think about the reasons on why they are being so insecure ? Maybe it is an illness ? Yes ,that 's right - There is an illness named borderline personality disorder or bpd that have strong insecurity in nature where the patient is hard to control his / her own emotion and thoughts .
The main hallmark in this illness is the roller coaster alike relationship in their life due to characteristics of this illness where the patient have 2 side in themselves - the loving part towards other people ( you are the one that love me) & the dark part where he / she belittle other people (YOU NEVER CARE ABOUT ME !!!).This draw a huge havoc in their relationship thus creating the roller coaster alike relationship .
Let me tell you about the causes of this illness .Firstly ,this illness might be inherited from their family members as the characteristics of being impulsive and aggressive could be inherited from their parents .
Second ,the lack of care and attention since infant or childhood period might cause this illness as child / baby need a lot of care and attention from their parents .
Third ,the unstable family relationship might create the poor judgement in a person and cause he / she to do things recklessly .
In order to accurately diagnose a mental illness ,we need at least 5 sympton .So let's have a look in the symptons of this illness .
a) The patient tend to have extreme emotion like sadness ,fear and anger towards abandonment ,small separation or even a perceived abandonment.
b) They have unstable self image .They often change their own feelings ,opinion etc .Basically ,they just do not know themselves well .
c) They often perform spontaneous harmful act like reckless driving ,spending money like a maniac and drinking alcohol.

d) They frequently having suicidal thoughts .
e) Their emotions is intense and highly changeable from a few hour period to a few days period .
There are some other trait in the patient of bpd where he / she detect emotion better on people 's expression as they are more sensitive towards emotion .Other than ,they often cut themselves to regulate emotion ,punish themselves and express themselves .
There are 3 main treatment for this illness .Firstly ,we have psychotherapy which is the talk therapy performed by psychologist .Second ,medication could be used to treat the symptons of this illness .Third ,hospitalization is used on the patient with serious condition so that the doctor could monitor the patient well .
Do not be ashamed to seek for help if you think that you have this illness - having mental illness is NOT a shameful act .It is more shameful to hide yourself till your condition is getting worse when you can quickly get the treatment and get well .Other than that ,do give support mentally and encourage people around you that have mental illness to seek for treatment .Everyone is just a human that deserve love despite what mental illness that they have - We should try to have empathy towards them - they are suffering as well .....

Great lip balm for sensitive lips
I had a serious dry ,sensitive ( most of the lip balm makes my problem grow worse )and flaky lips problem - maybe due to windy weather that took away the moisture of my lips.This makes me worry as dry lips looks unattractive and it bring huge discomfort to myself as it looks like it gonna bleed anytime .I try to use Seba med lip defense stick under the recommendation of a sales girl .It works like a miracle after the first / second application .Therefore ,i wanna make a review of it here .
This lip blam 's benefits come from jojoba oil ( provide moisture to lips ) ,vitamin E that protect our lips against free radical and Bisobolol that soothe & regenerate our lips .Do not forget that it protect us from uv ray with spf 30.This product last for 12 months .
It glide smoothly on my lips and create a thin coat on my lips which provide comfort to me as i feel that my lips is well hydrated.The scent of this product is mild - it is really a good point as strong smell bring discomfort .The price of this lip balm is affordable - around RM 14 - RM 15 ( can buy it at Guardian / Watson pharmacy).The packaging of this product is rather simple or plain .

Love styles
What is love ?
According to a dictionary,love is a strong affection which consist of attraction and care towards someone .However,what kind of love that people around us practice ?
According to a researcher named John Alan Lee ,there are 6 type of love in this world -3 primary type ( eros ,ludus,storge) and another 3 secondary type of love (pragma,mania ,agape)
Firstly ,we have Eros love which is named from a greek word 'erotic'.Eros love is a romantic love with high passion and physical contact longing .It is a love at first sight with high commitment as eros lover believe that there is only one true love in this world for them - They highly value emotion and desire in their relationship.Eros lover have sexual intercourse in the early period of their relationship .The love making is usually passionate and exciting Despite the fact that eros love sounds heavenly ,it is actually a dangerous love .
Second type of love is Ludus love which is fun game alike love which is playful ,flirty with low commitment and high promiscuity as Ludus lover place pleasure in the first place - therefore ,their goal is always getting more amount of lover .Due to the nature of promiscuity in the relationship ,the level of intimacy is very low .
The third type of love is Storge .Storge love is a friendship based love .The sense of companionship is strong in this love and it deliver long term commitment .
The forth type of love is Pragma .This love is the combination of storge and ludus.It is a logical love where Pragma lover choose their partner based criteria ( education level ,appearance etc ) for a long term relationship.
Next ,the fifth type of love is Mania love which is a special mixture of eros love with ludus love .It is a harmful and crazy love as it have high intensity of jealousy and dependence in Mania lover towards his / her lover.It is a very intense love till the Mania lover tend to be possessive to his / her lover due to the insecurity and anxious attachment in themselves.This type of behavior could be a a symptom of mental illness.
Lastly ,the last type of love 'Agape' which is a mixture of eros and storge is one of the most wanted type of love in this mortal world .The main point in this love is being selfless , generous in giving without asking anything in return.Agape lover tend to be happy to sacrifice for their lover as long as their lover feel happy with it .They are caring and gentle towards their partner like a blanket .This kind of love is also named as true love in the modern world .Other than that ,this love is said to be purest and noble love in the world.
