Why do I eat normally despite I want to stay in shape ?

I consume food in a normal way as I  personally don’t believe in starving or cutting down the amount of protein and carbohydrate to achieve my ideal body shape .I  strongly believe that the main point in keeping your body shape is to enjoy your eating time and consume healthy food .

I set a few rules when it comes to eating
as I think that eating is very important – we are not feeding our tummy but we are feeding our organs as well .Firstly ,I do not consume food that is way too salty and sweet  because it doesn’t hurt my  health only but it makes me feel uncomfortable .Second ,I don’t eat oily food as it hurt my throat  and increase the production of acne .Third ,I don’t eat food that it is too spicy as it may cause irritation to my skin.Fourth ,I try to eat tons of fruit and vegetable to feed my body with vitamins.Fifth ,I try not  to eat at ate night – even if I eat ,I eat in a very small amount .Sixth ,I stay away from processed food like sausage etc.

Let’s get back to the point where I say that eating should be an enjoyment – how can I enjoy eating when I set tons of rules? I have some ‘cheating days’ where I eat foods that I love in a moderate amount .Besides that ,I  take my lovely time to eat my food - i slowly chew and swallow it as it promote my digestion .

I absolutely think that eating well is the key to beauty – therefore I am horrified with the diet of some girl .I   met a girl that only eat a small bowl of rice with small amount of egg / fish .The other girl only consume soup ( with no ingredients ) and a small bowl rice for lunch . I think that their diet cause havoc to their health and appearance as they have dull skin ,brittle nail and hair without shine .It also affect their I don’t think so such a huge sacrifice on eating is worthy  to achieve the goal of getting skinny / beautiful .They are putting their life in danger !

Ladies and gentlemen ,do believe me that the right way to become attractive is to eat in a healthy way .Beauty is not a pain .If it is painful then it is not beautiful .You deserve a better life than going through those unhealthy and painful way to become beautiful .Your beauty  is actually reflected by the condition of your body .
